Privacy policy

Your privacy.
In plain words.

SinsParadise is operated by SinsParadise LLC, a Florida company. This policy covers the SinsParadise app and websites. Questions or requests: privacy@sinsparadise.com.

What we collect.

  • Account: your email, your date of birth (to confirm you are 18+) and your password, which we store only as a one-way hash.
  • Profile: your name, photos, bio, pronouns, gender, sexuality, city, desires and boundaries, interests, prompts and what you are looking for.
  • Location: an approximate location, rounded to about a kilometre, to show people nearby. We never store your exact location.
  • Photos: what you upload to your profile, albums, chats and stories. Hidden details such as GPS location and camera information are removed on upload.
  • Messages: ordinary chats are stored on our servers so you can read them on any device. Private chats are end-to-end encrypted: we cannot read them.
  • Verification: if you verify, our identity partner checks a selfie (and, when needed, an ID). We keep the result, not the images.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Devices and security: notification tokens, the keys your devices use for private chats, IP addresses and basic logs, used to keep accounts and the service secure.

How we use it.

  • To run SinsParadise: your profile, Discover, likes, chats, albums, stories, the Lounge and membership.
  • To keep people safe: every photo is checked against lists of known illegal images, public photos and stories are checked to stay non-explicit, and our team reviews reports.
  • To send the notifications you choose, and to answer you when you contact us.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as reporting child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who sees what.

Other members see your profile, public photos and an approximate distance. Private albums open only for people you share them with or give the password to. Stories are for your connections only, and incognito hides you from people you have not liked.

Service providers process data for us under contract, only to provide their service: our hosting and database providers, Cloudflare (photo storage and delivery), Stripe (payments), Microsoft PhotoDNA (illegal-image detection), our identity verification partner, and Expo, Apple and Google (notifications).

Authorities receive information only when the law requires it, such as reports to NCMEC or valid legal requests.

How long we keep it.

  • Your account data stays while your account is open. Deleting your account removes it at once.
  • Stories disappear after 24 hours. Lounge posts are deleted after 30 days. Photos you upload but never send are removed after a day.
  • Some records are kept when the law or safety requires it: reports and moderation decisions, reports to NCMEC, payment records, and any photo under an open report until it has been reviewed.

Your choices and rights.

  • Edit or remove your profile details and photos at any time in Your space.
  • Choose incognito, what notifications show, and whether explicit photos from others are shown.
  • Delete your account in the app (Your space → Delete account) or on the website at app.sinsparadise.com/me/delete-account.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, copy or delete your information, and to object to some uses. Email privacy@sinsparadise.com and we will answer within 45 days.

Security.

Connections are encrypted, private chats are end-to-end encrypted, passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, private photos are delivered through links that stop working within minutes, and staff need two-factor sign-in. No system is perfect: if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

Adults only.

SinsParadise is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete such accounts as soon as we learn of them. If you believe someone is under 18, report them.

Changes to this policy.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top, and we tell you in the app before any important change takes effect.
