Clinician reviewed
The testing schedule, by lifestyle
Screening cadences for monogamous, open, and high-rotation lives — reviewed by our medical roster.
Testing frequency should match exposure, not anxiety. A mutually monogamous couple with shared baseline results has a different schedule than someone dating actively or attending play events.
Quarterly full panels are the working default for actively non-monogamous lives; annually for closed structures with no new exposure. Your clinician may adjust for local prevalence and PrEP status.
